Breakout Session: IP Basics and Strategy for Bootstrappers
(OK, maybe this isn't the right place for this, but ...)
Bijoy has asked me to put together a breakout session on intellectual property covering some basic facts, dispelling some myths and common misunderstandings and talking about general IP and patent strategies and licensing. I'd like to get some input to help me do that. Please provide input below in the areas indicated.
NOTE: I am NOT an attorney but have done a lot of IP work as both a Product Manager and IP consultant. Nothing during the session will be legal advice, and no specific individual needs will be covered. Do not post anything here, or discuss in the breakout session anything you expect to keep confidential.
