DEMO

The Demo is the key output of the Ideation stage of a Bootstrap venture. It is an instantiation of the product or service. A demo is often not a working, or fully working product. Rather, it serves as a conversation that is then had with a customer to discover what they really need. Many times, the product or service that customers buy is radically different from the demo that started the conversation. Without a demo, however, it is very hard to even begin it.
