The venture now understands how it serves its customers' needs and sets about building and processes the systems to do so. In other words, its business model has emerged. Attention is now turned toward exposing, formalizing and scaling the model across the organization. Functions such as HR, Marketing, IT, etc. and their inter-relationships become of primary concern.
